List the rig and associated items the buyer wants considered, with existing contractor equipment identified separately. Ask bidders to describe the proposed package against that list and mark items they have treated as separate purchasing decisions.
Request distinct offer lines for proposed additions or alternatives to the requested drilling package. Ask the technical reviewer which equipment drawings are needed to assess those suggestions before the purchasing owner compares the commercial scope.
Water well bid comparison
Use the same well brief and drawing register when requesting rig proposals from different bidders. Ask each bidder to identify missing project information and explain differences between the requested scope and the equipment package proposed.
Refer changes affecting well requirements to the appointed designer before commercial selection. Confirm buyer requested quantities and minimum order requirements, then request written delivery arrangements and reconcile the final equipment list with the approved purchasing request.
